High cholesterol

High cholesterol?

No study has proved the theory that eggs have anything to do with the level of cholesterol in the blood. This myth became established 40 years ago and some consumers still believe in it. Of course, egg consumption should vary depending on age, weight and lifestyle. Eggs contain nutrients such as lecithin and omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids that help reduce the level of triglycerides in the blood.
